Program Management, DevOps & SAS to Python Conversion Support
Clarity supports both the CMS Office of Information Technology (OIT) and the Office of Enterprise Data Analytics (OEDA) by delivering mission critical program management support, DevOps support, and SAS to Python (SAS2PY) conversion services for critical programs.
Our team leads the SAS to Python (SAS2PY) conversion process, coordinating and executing all SAS2PY deployments, training end-users on the SAS2PY application, and delivering hands-on support for converting SAS code to Python. We provide disciplined, PMP-certified leadership that helps CMS achieve their strategic objectives and realize massive agency-wide cost savings.
Legacy System Modernization
Our team operates, maintains, and modernizes existing Medicare legacy systems to align them with CMS’s IT modernization strategy. By transitioning these systems from COBOL-based platforms to more modern architectures, we ensure claims processing and related Medicare operations remain operational during the modernization process.
Using Agile methodologies, we collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic initiatives, proactively identify and resolve impediments, enhance Scrum application across the organization, and continuously improve program integrity analytics.
